چکیده

Thick ZnO/ZnAl2O4 coatings were synthesized on zinc alloy Z1 substrates through plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) for different anodization times. The prepared characterized by scanning SEM, XRD, diffuse reflectance and photoluminescence spectroscopy in order to establish the relationship between their structural optical properties PEO processing parameters. Under conditions (anodization time—1–10 min applied voltage—370 450 V) ceramic with a mean thickness of 2–12 μm prepared. XRD analysis explored coating structure composed oxide (wurtzite) aluminate spinel. content ZnAl2O4 grows increasing voltage time. Photoluminescence (PL) measurements showed that have several bands visible near-infrared regions associated composite structure. PL spectra significantly depend parameters due varying ZnO coatings. insight photoluminescent has been provided using combination luminescence spectroscopy.

Investigation of the effect of electrolyte on acoustical behaviour of ceramic coatings produced by method Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation (PEO) on titanium

In this paper, titanium oxide coating (TiO2) was produced on titanium alloy Ti6Al4V by Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation (PEO) Method. Sodium Silicate (Na2SiO3) and Sodium Aluminate (NaAlO2) based electrolytes were selected in PEO process. The effects of concentration of Sodium Aluminate (0, 2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10 g/L) on the microstructure and acoustical behaviour of the formed coatings were studied....
